Hair growth and hair quality also depends upon your diet. For long and healthy hair you have to eat well-balanced meals. Foods rich in vitamin A, vitamin B, vitamin C and vitamin E are essential for healthy hair. Iron and Zinc are the two nutrients which help your hair grow fastest. Studies show that your level of stress and your hair growth are inversely proportional. Try to reduce your stress have a good sleep.
