Wash off after an hour with warm water. Bhringaraj oil is considered an effective remedy for hair loss. Saw palmetto extract can also be used as natural remedy for hair loss. Extract the essence of rosemary, sage, nettle, burdock, and peach leaf by boiling them in water and use it every day for washing hair. Jojoba oil is effective in clearing any skin infection that might cause hair loss. It enables hair growth and is a great moisturizer. Henna, an Indian herb, can be boiled in coconut oil and used regularly as a hair loss remedy. Its powder can be mixed with yogurt and applied on the scalp, though it will color your hair. In order to maintain healthy hair even in the long run it is necessary to consume a healthy diet and avoid harmful hair products. Avoid hot water for washing your hair and always use good quality shampoos and conditioners, preferably herbal. Massage your scalp regularly to promote blood circulation and stimulate better hair growth.
